Camp Mimanagish is a beautiful mountain venue for intimate weddings.  With a variety of gathering spaces indoors and out, we can accommodate up to 65 guests, early June through September. Everyone is welcome regardless of race, creed, color, gender identity, or nation of origin.  Photo credit: Font & Figure (fontandfigure.com)

The Chapel: For indoor ceremonies up to 65 people. The Chapel features an accessible raised stage at one end and a large old stone fireplace on one side, either of which can be a focal point. An electronic piano is available. Seating is in wooden benches with backs. The space can easily be cleared for dancing on the wood floor.

Full Moon Dining Hall: A large space in which a ceremony with up to 50 people could be held in front of the stone fireplace utilizing wooden benches, with the rest of the room set for a meal with tables of 6-8. A keyboard and sound system are available. Restroom located in adjoining building. This space is also available for receptions for up to 65.

Fire Circle: For outdoor ceremonies with up to 65 people on rustic benches.

The Gazebo: For intimate ceremonies, the Gazebo features unique burl wood.  Minimal seating with standing room available.

Outdoors: A variety of sites are possible for intimate ceremonies of up to 15 people. The pines form a backdrop, and the river sings in the background.  For ceremony sites or photographs outside of the camp boundary, permit from the USFS must be approved.

Meals: Meals are prepared by our kitchen staff.  If you opt for an alternate catering service, they must be self-contained (ie. electrical or generated power).  Hose water available for washing and prep.

Lodging: Your wedding party and guests may enjoy overnight lodging from simple rustic cabins to upgraded facilities. Because of our location 40 miles from the town of Big Timber, we advise overnight stays following receptions that include alcohol (please see alcohol policy).

Rates:  Mimanagish requires a $1500 exclusive use fee for any event booking the entire camp.  Click here for rates!

Fire:  To respect our permit with the USFS, Mimanagish does not allow real candles.  LED or battery powered lights may be used.  The fire pit may be used when fire danger is at acceptable levels.  Fires must be completely extinguished at the end of the evening and cleared with camp managers prior to use.

Wedding couples receive complimentary lodging on the night of their wedding!
