YOU WILL WANT TO READ THESE IMPORTANT DETAILS!

These rates cover not only the lodging and meals, but the overhead of making the Camp hospitable for your group.

We ask a $500 deposit to reserve the facility, refundable if cancelled up to 120 days prior. (119 days or less, no deposit refund is possible, sorry.) Any camp/event that is cancelled by Singing Waters Montana due to a scheduling conflict/error, governmental restriction, force majure, or other reasonable safety consideration qualifies for 100% refund of fees and deposit.

We keep our rates remarkably low because we ask a bit of help from our campers during their stay. Campers work together to form community while washing dishes, pots and pans, doing prep and cleanup in the dining room, and helping clean the bathhouse. If you wish to opt out of these work crews, $30-65 per camp per day will be added to offset the additional labor required for these duties.  This is dependent on the size of the user group and work required.

For upgraded lodging in Wildflower Wing, Singing Waters Lodge, or Big Timber Cabin, add $15 per room per night. When we provide sleeping bags and/or linens (convenient for anyone flying in) add just $15 per bed per stay.  We have a 14-passenger van; carpool from Big Timber or airport pickup can be arranged for a per-mile fee. Other than emergency use, we have limited internet access available to leaders at $50/hour. There is no cell service. Mimanagish is a refuge from connectivity!

We are happy to accommodate some small RV’s (24’ or less); the US Forest Service limits us to five, not counting truck campers or vans that can be in the parking lot. We do not yet have any hookups. We do not ask any extra fee, nor do we give a discount, for the first five RV’s. However, the organization will be charged $100 per night for each RV past 5.

Fees are based on simple, nutritious camp meals, prepared fresh by our cooks. All events using these traditional camp meals will be allowed to choose among various options, vegetarian and gluten-free included. If you want customized meals, such as vegan, or an upgraded menu add $5 to $10 per person per day.

We can negotiate rates and terms, depending on the size and nature of the group, volunteer work offered, and the days reserved.
