What does it take to navigate this crazy world?

GRITGuts, Resilience, Integrity, & Tenacity!

Getting Gritty camp will give campers going into grades 6, 7 and 8 a pocketful of tools and a network of caring people.   Despite best efforts, we cannot prevent adversity and daily stress in the tumultuous lives of middle schoolers; but at Camp Getting Gritty we strive to inform, teach, and prepare campers to be more resilient by reframing how they think about future challenges and adversities. Trained facilitators, leaders, and counselors will provide meaningful conversations and strategies that campers are sure to use in their changing lives. Hikes, crafts, fishing, archery, gaga ball, music, and an appreciation for the outdoors add to the week-long experience. All are welcome for growth and fun at Camp Mimanagish!
