Fishing & Hiking Retreat

July 20 @ 2:00 pm - July 24 @ 2:00 pm MDT

Fishing and Hiking Retreat
Sunday July 20 2:00 – Thursday July 24 2:00

All ages and all skill levels are welcome to come enjoy the incredible resources of the
Boulder River Valley: play by day and sleep in a cozy cabin by night! Choose either
activity: Fishing the blue-ribbon Boulder River or hiking the Absaroka-Beartooth
Wilderness.

Fly-fishing instruction and coaching will be provided by Mark MacLeod, former guide
and avid fisherman. The Boulder is one of his favorite rivers! One participant described
his style and skill as “poetry in motion.” He can teach you how to tie flies, too!

Mimanagish is located conveniently close to 12 well-maintained US Forest Service trailheads
offering awe-inspiring views, and opportunities to observe wildlife in their natural habitat.
Attending our hiking camp will give you the chance to unplug from the hustle and bustle of
modern life and to reconnect with nature you have been looking for! Trails range from easy to
very difficult, along the Boulder River or into the mountains, offering a variety everyone in your
group will be sure to enjoy.

After dark, join us by the fire to discuss the days experiences, make new friendships, and enjoy
this incredible place. Three wonderful daily meals are included in the registration fee. Sign up
today to reserve your spot!

My name is Ryan Roche! I am a 4 th generation attendee at Camp Mimanagish and am happy to
have this opportunity to give back! I grew up nearby in Billings and have taken every
opportunity to come back to camp that I can. I am 27 years old and currently work in Billings as
an Athletic Trainer. In the time that I am not working, I enjoy hunting, fishing, hiking, and
