Creative Arts Camp

Creative Arts Camp offers an exciting line-up of sessions and activities for adults
and accompanied youth. You’ll learn from accomplished artists who will share their
expertise and passion for these art forms:
-Bookbinding and Art Journaling with Margaret Myhre
-Poetry Workshop and Performance with David Caserio
-Sculptural Lanterns with Bill Yellowtail and Maggie Carlson
-Nature Journaling with Dawn Nelson
Join us in the beautiful natural setting along the Boulder River and be inspired to create
new and exciting art. Suitable for all levels of skill, the camp is welcoming to all.
Age 13 – Adults: Base Rate $495 Gratitude Rate $545
Age 8-12: Base Rate $450 Gratitude Rate $500
Age 4-7: Base Rate $400 Gratitude Rate $450

Event Leader: Rachel Larson Long
Rachel is a Billings artist in great demand for her talent, her teaching skills, and
her art therapy experience. She has made art with every age group in such varied
settings as the Flathead Reservation, schools on Guam, and women’s prison. She
participates in the Billings Art Association, Urban Sketchers, and the Montana Art
Therapy Association, which allow her to connect with many wonderful artists in an array
of disciplines. Rachel loves Mimanagish and the beautiful Boulder River Valley and is
enthusiastic about bringing people there to enjoy making art!
